ADHD Life Coaching

Being diagnosed with ADHD as an adult with college-aged kids, who also have ADHD,  lends Mona’s coaching practice great insight and compassion, along with some humor to bridge the tough spots.  With her coaching and consulting practice, Mona has converged her talents, experience and passions to launch a customized service that brings an appreciation and sense of self to her clients.  This is the strength of the foundation on which her clients continue to grow, prosper, and build their successes.  With coaching, she has discovered the language and tools to facilitate her clients bringing out from the shadows their own talents and strengths,  leading to a greatly improved self-confidence and daily coping skills.  Mona attended the internationally accredited ADDCA, and is working towards her accreditation with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and Professional Associations for ADHD Coaches (PAAC) on her path to Master Coach.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Coaching is not psychotherapy.  The coaching session is conducted with equality for client and coach, during which they mutually explore methods to overcome challenges the client is facing.  The client gains a deeper understanding of how their neurodivergent brain works, constructing a cache of tools to use in daily life as well as in overcoming specific challenges.  Through this process, their self-confidence grows, and they begin viewing themselves and their life through a different lens, one that is positive and supportive.  When a client does the work, it is truly life altering in the most positive way.

INVESTMENT

$85 per 55-minute session with a commitment of one weekly session for a minimum of three months is recommended for optimum results.  A special monthly rate of $300, or a group of 10 sessions for $700 is being offered through December 31, 2022.
